{"Wise Planning" - selected from the Moms Against Manic Mondays archives due to welcoming our family's newest arrival, that you may read about here!}

Quietly consider the possibility that some Mondays are so difficult because we wake exhausted from the weekend. Enjoy you weekend wisely. ;) I did not. I am quite exhausted this morning. We had a celebration of life over these two days of no "work." It was grand, however jam-packed.  Though sometimes unavoidable, I know; still thinking back on its details, I believe we could have experienced its excitement and wonder a bit more chilled, so as not to leave both the husband and I feeling as we do today.
So, a simple, encouraging word to yall on this morning Monday:
Move wisely in your weekends, to rest in readiness in your Mondays.

Proverbs 24:5 (msg)

It's better to be wise than strong; intelligence outranks muscle any day. Strategic planning is the key to warfare; to win, you need a lot of good counsel.

I bless you today with eyes to see them and hearts to recognize them:  the blessings in disguise this day.  :)

Eucharisteo.

Psalm 118:24 (amp)

"This is the day which the Lord has brought about;
we will rejoice and be glad in it!"

I desire to recognize what is my part of the "manic" in Mondays, and do what I can to change it.

I desire to live abundantly in the Mondays.
I desire to thrive in each day; to dance them in along with the sun.
