Determining Thoughts
::Moms Against Manic Mondays::

"Randy, are you happy?"
"Yeah, mom, I'm happy."
"Well, then you should probably
tell your face."

I am happy.  On Mondays I have to tell my face.  I must remind myself this.  I must encourage myself in the Lord as David did.  But he was facing grief and utter emotional destitute because while he and his men were away in battle, all their wives and children were stolen by their enemy.  Plus his men had decided to blame him and make him pay with his life.  "David encouraged himself in the Lord."  All I am facing is Monday.

Your belief determines your thoughts.
"As a man thinks in his heart, so is he."

I believe that today, this day, this Monday is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it.  I believe today I and my family will flourish in our tasks and time together.  I believe that I will see fruit of my efforts in my home concerning housekeeping.  I believe I will discover rooted strength and resolve to schedule around time for the development of my physical body, and so much more - in creativity.  I believe in structure benefiting my family, and even more in play.
